Before plunging into the motorcycle world and trying to empower more ladies to ride, I was thinking about Milan as being just a fashion capital.
Years after, I can say that is ground zero of the motorcycle industry. Why?
Because of EICMA!

EICMA (Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori), or the Milan Motorcycle Shows is an annual trade show featuring motorcycles. A few figures to support thos stated are : the 2018 show drew over half a million visitors and more than 1,200 exhibiting brands and the 2019 event had almost 1800 exhibitors.

The show is frequently used by manufacturers to debut new models. They are always revealing the new motorcycle ranges and motorcycle gear and technology.
This event is one of the most important, or I can say is the most important annual event for the motorcycle world and the motorcycle event in the history. First edition was held in the 3rd of May 1914.
In the past and even this year I've see on the news/speciality media posts about I think 5 brands and 10-15 motorcycles and found it strange so chosen to visit this event myself.
A thing that I've liked was that on the 8th of November all ladies had free entry!
There were world releases thay you will see on all the websites and news which I will not go into details as this isn't my purpose, as all the futures can be find on the manufacturer's websites, so nothing new, just copy pasting:

-Aston Martin and Brough Superior-2 big british brands- launched together AMB 001 turbocharged track bike

EICMA is about 8 pavilions, with premium stands, amazing displays, live events, interacting interviews with riders and the audience/visitors, testing circuit for push bikes and many more events from the 07th until 10th of November.
If you ask me what motorcycles I've likes the most I can't tell you as I've seen so many different brands, so many amazing designs, new brands that I've never knew about .
Manage to say HI to the teams from

Dainese and AGV
The brand got my attention in matter of female riders women range and well displayed was a polish brand ( surprisingly I own a leather jacket from this brand,.but is for men, as I didn't knew that they have such a big range for ladies) Shima.
ong way until the marketing teams will acknowledge that when they have motorcycle gear for women, they need to use real female riders to promote it, not grid girls.
A few other brands that got my atention in matters of promoting and producing gear for female riders.
Hope that you will enjoy the photos as much as I've enjoyed this event: 12 km on foot, in 1 day. I need a spa day!
The post will be updated with mote photos after I will be in the UK.
