Autumn is here! Is that moment of the year when the temperature is starting to drop and the daily commute or a late autumn ride is demanding extra layers. I always hated looking as the Michelin man, with extra layers, which just narrows my movements so I said that I need to research this issue better and to find a solution.
Two years ago I went to Glasgow mid September, to buy a BMW F800 ST . While I was there, I've decided to visit Dunnet Head- the most northern point of t
I'm riding for 11 years but I never attended a track day as in my mind I always thought that I will crush on the track or I will fail to ride a bike on a track due to my mindset and as well I'm not that much into racing. I want to improve my cornering so is time to invest in my knowledge and skills and what better way for me to do this then attending a special designed ladies event on a track, where isn't traffic, no obstacles, no debris.
Where you can do that? At a skill/ s
This time I’m writing about the Michelin Fit2Go TMPS- tyre pressure management system https://fit2gotpms.com/product/michelin-tpms-bike/ Why is important to have the correct tyre pressure ? Hi all!
How was your weekend?
Mine was about...of course: RIDING!!! Whereabouts? Manchester! What can be better, on a Friday afternoon after work, then riding?
Was a short, lovely riding from London to Coventry with a lot of filtering, but oh well, motorways. Stopped to say Hi to some dear friends and catch up. Saturday morning, around 8 AM, I was heading toward Manchester. Taken the M6 ( Toll)- didn't know that for bikes, by day you need to pay 2.60 GBP ( by night I thin
Today I’ve attended a rideout as is the UK’s firt Spidi Tour Uk 2018 . Around 9 AM I’ve left home and headed to Stevenage. The ride was a nice, easy one, 60 miles, but the roads with a lot of potholes. I was there before 10 AM. The place had a good vibe, with the owner and the staff of The Bike Stop smiling and talking with everybody. There were a couple of female riders among all riders and that made me happy! I’ve parked my bike, left the registration papers, received my ri
Hi all,
I've just returned from a short ride and as well from MCN Motorcycle Show at Excel London. In the morning around 11, me, my OH and a good friend we went riding to the motorcycle show kinda with big expectations. Because of MCN, because of London, because of one of the biggest trendsetters in the world.
Arrived there, we were lucky because we parked the bikes in an Excel hanger with security if you can say security in the UK, even though was a big sign that stated
2018 is here.
I think that every single one of us, in our mind, at the beginning of the year we have some plans, ideas, resolution for next year. That way we have some guiding lines about what we want to do in the near future.
Mine, to be honest, are related only to health and bikes:
1. To be healthy so I can manage to overcome everything that life will throw in my path. If you're not healthy, you don't have anything;
2. RIDE MORE;
3. LOOSE WEIGHT -All bike related of co
Days off means ride on!!!
Where to? Germany! Why? New bike...new BMW...so need to see BMW Museum. But first, let's stop and say hi!
On the 10th of October started my 4 days riding journey. The dashboard showed me 18034 miles. Let's start! The beemer is ready, the backpack is in position, strapped, full tank, full gear, and nice weather forecast.
But a journey can't start without little "surprises" made by my GPS, as usual. This time was my fault. I've forgotten the "Avoid
September is almost done! October is just around the corner! And we like that!
Why? Because it is the month of the Trick or Treat!!! You guessed it: Halloween!!! Halloween has its roots in the ancient, pre-Christian Celtic festival of Samhain, which was celebrated on the night of October 31. The Celts, who lived 2,000 years ago in the area that is now Ireland, the United Kingdom, and northern France, believed that the dead returned to earth on Samhain. Samhain (pronounced '
